HOW THE REBATE WORKS

When a new home is sold in Texas, the Realtor who represents the buyer typically makes a commission of 3% of the sales price of the home. BigTex Realty provides 2% of the commission. (i.e. 2/3 of the commission earned) back to the buyer as a rebate. When you use our professional services to represent you in the purchase of your new home, we will contribute back to you 2% of the sales price on your new home - that simple. This rebate comes from the Realtor's commission and does not interfere in any way with any incentives the builder is offering the buyer. Those incentives may be price discounts, upgrades, closing cost credits, etc. This money simply stays in the builder's pocket if you weren't using a Realtor. The Realtors commission typically comes out of the marketing budget of the builder. You can use the rebate to pay for closing costs, upgrades, or reduce the principal of your mortgage.

What Do You Need to Do?
